ACIO DISCLAIMERS

As of the date of this writing, the ACIO official website and Peter the Insider are the only officially sanctioned resources and authority on the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization. It has come to our awareness that there may be other groups or individuals online that claim to be apart of the ACIO or to have access to personnel records, database files and intelligence reports from the ACIO. We ask that you probe these claims with a discerning eye as many have attempted to falsely pose as an ACIO representative for various negative agendas that only serve to counteract and discredit the disclosure movement. 

To this date, Peter the Insider is the only known individual to publicly offer intelligence directly from the ACIO as no other individual has been authorized by the ACIO to perform this role on a public level. With select individuals that Peter works with, he is able to use a technology interface to access an individuals energetic field and extract relevant information and personnel files for super soldiers and SSP experiencers. This process is very similar to how a psychic may tune into an individual’s Akashic record, however the ACIO’s computer interface allows him to access the deepest possible level of an individual’s Akashic record. This is referred to as the proto-consciousness level and is accessible by only the most skilled and experienced of psychics in limbo on the astral level if it is accessible at all to a regular human.  With that said, even Peter himself is given authorized access to only a limited database within the ACIO for purposes of disclosure. At this point in time, Peter is not publicly offering access to personnel records for super soldiers or SSP experiencers due to other major responsibilities he is currently active in and no definite timeline is available for when Peter will go back to offering this service. However it should be noted that Peter will never ask for compensation for any of these services so any individual that claims to offer to share ACIO personnel records for payment is a definite fraud and should be ignored and avoided.
