Peter the Insider

ACIO 12th Division Director

Peter was born in 1970 in Slovakia, which is a part of former Czechoslovakia. At an early age he had his first contact or encounter with aliens (approximately around 5 years old). Growing up in former Czechoslovakia, he had also encountered many strange events regarding unstable electromagnetic fields within the region, which added to his experiential knowledge of non-ordinary phenomenon’s.

Peter immigrated to Western Germany in 1988 and he was immediately recruited to the special army unit in the secret NATO military forces.

By 1990, Peter became a member of ACIO. Soon after his entrance into the ACIO, his first encounter with war began when he was involved in the civil war of former Yugoslavia in the Balkan European region in 1991. There were numerous other projects/missions over the years but due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of the projects, he is limited to share the depth of his work experience with the public. During this time, he had hands on experience with the work of the ACIO, in a capacity of special forces, that helped him gain knowledge and advance further with the organization.

After being employed by the ACIO for 5 years, he was offered a position in the 12th division of the ACIO. His job description included, but not limited to, monitoring the presence of Aliens and their purpose for being on Earth.

After 20 years Peter became the director of the 12th division of the ACIO and by the 28th year with this Department, he has been launched into secret space missions. His experiences include the migration between different timelines, realities, spaces, universes, dimensions and megaverses in order to help to keep our reality and world together.

In addition to his work with the ACIO, Peter was given permission to disclose information to the public that was previously not accessible and permitted. He shares explanations to our current times and discloses many mysteries and curious events that have had the population wondering if Aliens do exist and what their level of involvement is here on Earth.

Jessica Arael Marrocco

ACIO 6th Division Cicada 3301

Jessica was born in the Boston area in 1964, She was highly targeted and selected to be used in the programs from birth through her entire childhood because she was quickly identified by the ACIO of having a soul signature of unknown off world origins. Early on she displayed an exceptionally keen psychic perception that exceeded most other humans. Due to her enigmatic origins, she was placed in the numbers group as number 12.

At the age of 5, Jessica was introduced to the ACIO and Intergalactic Council and then made contact with Peter the Insider in 2016 where she began to uncover her involvement within the secret space programs. As an exceptional psychic of E.T. origins, Jessica was used heavily in the programs by organizations such as the MCC (Mars Colony Corporation), Kruger Mercenary Corporation, the Labyrinth Group, and also worked as a galactic Liaison communicating with the Council of 5. Jessica is also active as an asset within the ACIO 6th Division Cicada 3301 where she continues to decipher data from intergalactic activity and their effects on the planet.

The numbers group are comprised of individuals with abilities who are closely observed to identify if they are benevolent or nefarious for this reality. At the same time many others become interested in children with abilities, so this opened her up to malevolent programs, milabs and covert military operations and experimentations.

Jessica is an SSP and MILAB experiencer who has been deeply involved in various super soldier projects and special access programs as a psychic and intuitive specialist.

Due to being a high valued asset, Jessica was also abducted and forced into experimentation with the Murkoff MILAB facility at the age of 6 as a part of Project Walrider. Here, aspects of her energetic signature was reportedly extracted and sold off to different parties to be used for other agendas. One example of this is the real CIA asset commonly identified as Jason Hudson, an individual within the programs who was fused with Jessica’s stolen energetic signature. Jason Hudson is also mentioned as a character within the Call of duty video game series where the video game character is based on the real person operating in the programs.

Jessica also worked closely with the MURG (Monarch Umbrella Refugee Group) where she was assigned to a mother role to help guide and look after the abused members after escaping their respective programming facilities within Monarch and Umbrella.

Today Jessica remains active as a psychic, interdimensional seer, Akashic record reader, radio host, podcaster, and owner of AndronETalks Radio.
