Council of 5

The Council of 5 is a group of 5 highly evolved Extraterrestrial races assigned by the Intergalactic Council to help manage affairs and enforce intergalactic laws. This council consists of the following alien races: Orelas, Eragots, Ginvos, Redans, and the Emerthers. The council of 5 is responsible for guarding the region of space where our solar system is located. We cannot determine how long the Council of 5 has been around, but we do know that they have been around since before humans were on earth. The Council of 5 also has a high degree of respect among other councils due to the fact that they are the oldest existing association of extraterrestrial races that have retained their sphere of influence to this day. The Emerthers have a specific position within the Council of 5 to lead the entire council in resolving disputes, and in emergency situations, turning to the Intergalactic Council if military intervention becomes necessary.
